Turn ignition but wont turn over 2008 kenworth t800

Hey ya'll i have a 2008 kenworth t800 i go to start it with key and it wont do anything when trying to turn it over. Starter is fine and replaced solenoid up by the cab only way i can start it is by crossing starter solenoid and it fires right up. just need everyone that can help me out to give me some insite. Ignition? or......
