This is actually false and it's terminal dependent. Estes isn't like OD. I'd actually call it beautiful chaos. I'm at a big terminal. I chose to run the road but all the guys I got hired with had schedule runs day 1. There was a time when freight got really bad a runs got cut and they had to go to the road but in the 5 years I've been here, those guys saw less than 8 months road time. I ran the road 3 years straight until I topped out.

If she's at a small terminal... She's done. Seniority will bury her until people retire.

 

I may just have to leave another unicorn for bolt next time I go through Bowie. Its a small town sure I could give someone $5 and they would personally deliver it

 

I drive through Bowie almost weekly. Maybe we could put a box on the side of the road there and fill it with unicorns so Bolt can have his choice.
