Most insulting thing another driver can do

Speeding up after I have passed you.

Happened to me the other night. Driving at 4am and almost nobody else on the road for stress-free driving.

There is another truck about 2 miles ahead of me and I quickly overtake and pass him. He speeds up and then spends about 5 minutes hanging in the left lane right next to me, and eventually passes me.

He gets about 1/4 mile ahead and once again slows down. I pass him a second time and I get back in the right lane.

Immediately he gets in the left lane and starts closing on me again. I quickly come upon a four wheeler driving extremely slow in the right lane with its lights off in pitch black darkness. I had to speedily get in the left lane, and didn’t leave a whole lot of room for the other truck behind me in the left lane.

After the truck passes me for a second time, he is honking and sticking his middle finger at me for cutting him off. I wouldn’t have had to cut him off is he had picked a #### speed and stuck to it. There was hardly anyone else on the road and my instinct is to get away from everyone else. Yet this guy had to constantly change his speed so that he was close to me.

I passed him once more, then got passed by him again. I ended up stopping at the next rest area for a piss break just to let him go ahead so I wouldn’t have to deal with this other driver anymore.

 

I hate it when a truck pulls in next to me at a truck stop, and the next morning there's piss stains on MY trailer tires.

 

You should just be happy they didn't drop a fresh deuce under their trailer.

 

Recently I used the fuel lane for a quick restroom break and to grab coffee since there was no parking. When I arrived the lanes were full. So, I got in line, went into the restroom, washed out my coffee cup in the coffee island sink and set it aside. I went out and moved my truck up to the line (passing the fueling spot of course) as I didn’t need to fuel but wanted to be sure anyone behind me could fuel. So, I go back to grab coffee. Some jack@$$ comes up and starts screaming about me not leaving as I’d already been inside once. He followed me into the store, blared the whole time I paid, and all the way back to our trucks. He was just pulling through and wasn’t fueling either. So, even though I got out of his way so he could have the fuel slot, he was livid because he couldn’t just drive away. He caused a major scene. There were people filming it with their phones because they thought there was going to be a fight. I wasn’t even there as long as fueling normally takes—total time.

 

Phallushead move from tonight: I’m parked at a dirt lot in Nevada with tons of open space and very few trucks.

Super trucker parks right next to me and then high-idles his truck. My truck is off because the temperature is perfect.

 

The sad part about post 86 and yours and this, is that you both think what happened was OK and you both try to justify it.
He was there long enough to go to the washroom, wash his cup, go back to the truck, move, then go back in the store, stand in line then go back to the truck and says oh well
Why was he in the line to begin with, that's the? He should be called out IMO.

 

####ting between my trailer’s spread axles, in a rest area with operational bathrooms.

Emptying one’s piss jug out their window, splattering the side of my freshly washed truck.

Spraying what appeared to be lithium grease all over my passenger side window and windshield.

There are some horrible people in this industry.

 

Remember when you would pull up to the fuel island, get out of the truck and the attendant would fuel your truck and park it for you.
And your meal was free for fueling.

 

Or too few brain cells to realize they are being a douche.
