I loved my time there. Great pay, and the dispatchers were great. If I had to nitpick, I would maybe streamline the process of getting repairs done like tires while on the road. They kept me moving, and got me home when I wanted. The outbound loads were always light, which was a little treat, and the trucks are governed at 70, which was a big treat. I'm pulling tankers now outside of their area, but I would definitely recommend them to any good driver. Also, you better be willing to chain up in the winter.

It’s a 60yr old company with 135 trucks that can’t keep those trucks filled. Drivers leave constantly because the company is a low volume driver mill, and the dispatchers don’t like dealing with drivers, and hardly answer the phone. If you complain about miles, they will starve you even more for miles until you quit. They like to tell you about the drivers that’s been there for 7 years, but won’t tell you about the hundreds of drivers that left in that same period and why. They pay every 2 weeks. After 10pm you are on your own until 6am, if you get someone to answer after 10pm it better be serious and deathly. Trucking is not 24/7 here at Quality because the company culture isn’t about the 24/7/365 truck driver, it’s about the customers and office people, and ALL the office people stick together, you are just a driver and they just keep posting those ad’s on Craigslist and don’t care if you work there or not. It’s just that simple.
Lonesome Thanks this.
