Trucker rolls big rig trying to miss animal

Always stay in your lane for any size critter, if you have trouble hitting one with a speeding bullet, what makes you think you will hit one with a 65mph truck?

 

My butt on my side or killing Cotton tail. Anyone what a bloody mess of peter cottontail on the roadway.

 

What the hell???

One of the first lessons I was taught in drivers education at the age of 15 was to NEVER swerve to miss an animal,..EVER!!!!!,....

If there is going to be an insurance claim of any kind your better off to have part on the animal stuck to the grill than miss the animal and end up wrecked in the ditch,...This speaks primarily to deer in my part of the world,...

 

I swerve for NOTHING!!! If it gets in front of me and I can't stop...It's gettin' hit!

I will not make a quick manuver to miss soom animal or a fool in a four wheeler and take the risk of hitting someone that did nothing wrong!

I have hit a rabbit or 2 with a peterbilt that had the big chrome bumper, nailed them wabbits in the head with that big bumper and you would hear THUMP, and mr jack rabbit was a goner. oh well better the rabbit then me lol.

 

wtf i know drivers that have hit deer instead of trying to swerve. its safer to hit the animal
