Wtf you’re not busy ?!

 

Headed to the treating plant.

 

I could stay busy but for me its not alot of money to be made running with the brokers. Have spent alot of my downtime looking for my own work trying to get a foot in the door here locally in Arizona. But I sometimes think, i have experienced less pain by slamming my fingers in a door latch over and over again.
It is what it is. I will be eating turkey for Thanksgiving regardless.

 

50’ threaded rod with edges so sharp it cut a crane sling. Took every blanket, coil pad and old strap I had to protect my straps and tarp. Deliver today and the guy says, “ How many times do I have to tell them no tarps”. WTF! They take them off and throw them in a pile with a bunch of rusty ones and tell me that they sink them into the ground and pour concrete around them. Fancy rebar. I called the broker and told him if he wants me to do this load again he needs figure it out. Next time chains and no tarp.

 

I should get a flatbed.
