so you pay 49¢ per gallon now road tax in that state, the tack on another 10¢ per mile which say for a truck that gets 7 mpg, you will have another 70¢ per gallon on top of the 49¢.

    right??

this is also on roads we pay a federal tax per gallon on.

That does not matter, you have the choice of either method to file. Not much real savings for a one truck operation but 45% of my NY mileage was my box trucks so it really helped us.

it will be Michigan if the girl at the top gets her way, we will see an increase from 55¢ to what she wanted something like 75¢ per gallon and it may be higher if this new legislature sees a need to raise it more.

I pay them twice every quarter. Once through IFTA and once through Kentucky Weight and Distance KYU. So either I’m over paying or you are wrong.

All a part of making it so complicated and expensive to operate, that only the megas will have the time and staff to keep up with it all.

I, for one, can't wait for this #### show to melt down. I'm looking forward to Mad Max times.

Can’t believe Whitmer was re-elected. Michigan folks need their heads checked.

I purposely don’t get the NY HUT, so I’m not tempted to go there. Automatically knocks out everything above it. Pennsylvania and Maryland only on a rare occasion. I ran to and through NY from 04 till 09 maybe? The years the sticker wasn’t required for display, without ever getting the HUT. I was mistakenly told, misunderstood when I tried to get a sticker it was in no longer in effect. Never got caught or audited on it.
