    Think we're going to use the big Pyrex dish in the oven.

    Our Frys has a big selection of cookware, and I need to take Blackie for a ride, so I may go into town.

    But just leaning towards the big Pyrex dish now.

    That'll work, no big deal. Just make sure you put some kind of lube (beer, wine, water, whatever) in it first. I know you're not a beer drinker, so some Teriyaki or woshtisher and a bit of garlic and maybe a bay leaf should do you fine. Happy Thanksgiving, Dave
