TK Evolution inoperative driver control fix

As the title states. Mine was frozen with the backlight stuck on. Dropped by a TK dealer in Sioux City. He removed and unplugged my climate control unit, plugged it back in and unit is back up and running.

Tech said it’s a known issue with Evolutions and it gets confused when it picks up a zap of static electricity. Hopefully someone will sleep better with an easy fix.
