As @lual said DriverIQ is covered by Fair Credit Reporting Act, like DAC. Because they are regulated by FCRA you have the same rights as DAC (challenge entries, submit brief statement, AT LEAST 1 free report per year, etc). Under the laws DAC and DriverIQ are treated as credit reporting bureaus. Google FCRA and consumer rights. Search the DriverIQ website or literature for how to exercise your rights with them.

^^^ They would be the logical choice. However, they won’t touch anyone with a condition. Very hard to get hired on there, especially when they have their own medical facilities at every DC.

On a side note, my ex-GF is fully vaxed and just finished up her 4th bout of ‘rona. Multiple coworkers of hers are on their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds, all vaxed, as it used to be an employer requirement. However, they pulled the plug on the requirement, when employees were still getting it. It’s well-known to be a scam, by now.

That's horrible. Being fired for that.

I was in a coma last winter from COVID and have had health issues ever since... but as soon as I was healthy enough to get a med card back, my company had me helping out locally (in addition to my office duties) spotting and shagging trailers again. I still get short of breath from time to time, but I will be covering a shift Sunday morning.

There are a lot of companies that will hire you, and the Quad Cities are actually a good place for most of the Midwest regional reefer carriers.
