Monday Morning Weather Mayhem In Minnesota

In Minnesota, we call this Monday. Or Tuesday. Or Wednesday. Or Thursday. Or Friday. Sometimes we even call this the weekend.

 

I was up there yesterday, delivering in St. Cloud, then reloading in Cold Springs. The snow that fell Sunday night into Monday morning is a long way from Minnesota's worst and they had all that going on? Yet they'd come down south where I live and brag about how they're experts in driving in inclement weather and how southerners panic and blah blah blah lol

 

Lots of brake lights on those sliding cars. Going too fast, have a bit of a slide, and force the brake pedal to the floor if it wants to go there or not.

 

You're right about that. They got spoiled by the summer months very quickly.

 

Lots of refugees that have only ever seen sand flying through the air come here and get their license every year. CDLs, too. And every year, they are culled from the herd in November and December by the first few snow events.

 

They call them Camel jockeys
