I watched this video they did the driver right but.
Tow driver only has paper work for the truck but takes the trailer and the load with him?
What should be the proper way to do that job?

DHALIWAL so shocked it was one of them. He was responsible for the load in trailer of course he couldn't leave it
Another Canadian driver and JoeyJunk Thank this. -
Probably takes the trailer and then charges impound fees on it. I’m sure someone on here was complaining about Dhaliwal not too long ago.
Another Canadian driver, JoeyJunk, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this. -
This guy seems to be a good repo driver, there are others who will tell the driver get out and won't let them back into the truck.
Proper way?
Don't be late on paying for the truck or pay the driver.
As for the trailer, he is completely responsible for the load once she is off duty. If something happens to the load, he has to deal with the cargo loss, not the carrier.Another Canadian driver, buddyd157 and JoeyJunk Thank this. -
Going to be alot more of that going on , how do these repo people find these trucks ?

Hey I give him props with dealing with the driver. But I would think they would drop the trailer in the parking lot I see trailers without the tractors all the time at the truck stops. What if they could not get the truck back and had to send another truck to finish the load?
Another Canadian driver and bzinger Thank this.
