12.7 series 60 head gasket oil leak

I would be inclined to say it is not likely an air compressor failure. The intake manifold normally has positive boost pressure in it. I would think you would be more likely to see oil in the air system from a failing compressor.

Is the oil top and bottom of manifold? I would still be thinking it has ran from the head or cam seals or timing cover as discussed above.

Yes oil went on top and bottom of the manifold and of course all over the side. He doesn't want to pull head as he thinks its not the problem. As stated before he thinks it was do to old turbo leaking and possibly cam seals which are completely shot I might be just over thinking things. He said oil might have accumulated inside the manifold do to old turbo and got pushed out do to pressure

Fair enough he's there looking at it. Cam seals would explain it. Is he going to reseal the manifold then? Im surprised it's leaking from the manifold. I'd want him to remove the boost hose and have a look in the manifold. If the boost hose has oil in it and he can see that it's really oily inside the manifold then I suppose it's possible that it has come from the turbo.

Hello friends in need of more advice cam seal replaced over head done and jakes rebuild. Yesterday doing hill pulls oil spilled once again. But i believe i figured it out. I saw valve cover new gasket bulging out in the middle and i believe this is why i am having these oil spills. My question is why is the valve gasket blowing out. I am thinking maybe blocked breather tube even though i can see little mist from it. Or maybe the mash wire is blocked enough i am not sure. I will be bypassing old breather hose with new and washing or replacing mash wire anything else i should keep an eye on it???

Is this the older style with the center bolts in the valve cover and thick grey rubber gasket? If so, the thick rubber bushing/seals on each bolt is what gives the pressure on the gasket. They get smushed over time and you get less force holding the gasket in place. They're cheap, I'd replace them anyway. Compare then new to old, if the old ones are not noticeably shorter, you the valve cover may be warped or the groove that holds the gasket wore out.

Its the one with bolts to the side no center bolts it is little curved in the spot where it blows oil through
And this is the second gasket it blew through new one was installed 4 days ago and it blew through it -
