Sioux City Iowa, I emailed blue beacon and asked when they planned on building there. They replied and said they have no plans to build there. It’s a meat packing city and driving through on I-29 you can see thousands of trailers staged at a dozen warehouses. Surely those things have to be cleaned. To my knowledge, there aren’t very many washout/truck wash places in the area.
I pull a tanker and try to get my exterior washed in the wee hours of the morning. That’s usually a good approach in most regions. Some areas though like Dallas and there’s going to be a wait at all hours. Beacons washout express location in Dallas helps the their truck wash stay manageable though most hours. -

They only do washouts, from what I understand.

There's a washout west of Dakota city. And lots of other trailer washouts in the area for all the livestock haulers. -
