Eapar Heater D2 Fuel Pump not turning on when turning on heater

Code 52 No flame detected during the start phase

2018 Peterbilt. Was never used in the past as truck was idled in it’s previous life. When I go to enable the heater the fan kicks on 2 times for maybe 5 minutes total and get the red light with Code 52 No flame detected during the start phase . Had the wife turn it on so I could hear if the pump would “click” or hear anything and it’s silent. Pump doesn’t attempt to start. I’ve looked over the wiring and wiring looks good. I asked the previous owner and it was never used as they only idled the truck when it got cold. What should I check to try to get it going ?
