Fortunately it's moving northeast. Sioux Falls is under a winter weather advisory, Burbank, SD (60 or so miles south of there) is actually gonna warm overnight and into tomorrow afternoon and have just rain.

Got my APU fixed, ran up to St. Cloud, and got out before it turned nasty. Rain was mostly the precip, but sleet occasionally mixed in. Going down to Jackson, Mississippi for delivery. Hopefully they can find me a load out.

A year here and i never was aware you could go in and talk to DM's in Coon Rapids. Had to call Kayleigh and ask her how to get to her office in order to get the new IFTA stickers for my truck. She seems like a very nice person.

I delivered in Jackson a few times. Not sure if they still do it, but my usual reload out of that area was dog food from Red Bay, Alabama to fleet farm in Eau Claire, which was one of my favorite runs. As a forewarning, the truck stops in Jackson fill up fairly early, so consider that in your planning.

Must be my lucky day. Got a call and was offered the sweet potato load from LA to WA, which i gladly accepted, been wanting to go out west since March of this year. Apparently all the people hogging up the western routes this summer are nowhere to be found...

I'm going home after Christmas, for New Year's. I took a week and a half off at Thanksgiving so i didn't want to take Christmas off too.

What route would you guys take from Louisiana to Washington? I have an idea of which way i want to take and honestly there's probably half a dozen or more ways you could go.

I was home for 10 days over thanksgiving because the dealership took 10 days to do a service. Want to be home for Christmas because this one of the only few times my daughter is home for more than a week.
