East dump trailer repairs

Hi friends, I have a 2005 east dump trailer. Aluminum on aluminum. On the inside of the frame at the hinge pin the aluminum frame is expanding and it looks like a steel frame disintegrating. Trailer still goes up straight and sturdy. I’m looking for a shop near me for repair. I’m on Long Island if anybody knows of a good shop near me, even if I have to travel a little. Thanks
