    Here's to you for a Happy New Year. Be extra safe as you near the end of your career. I do not like the picture you posted of the white stuff. Makes my old bones rattle and shiver. I'm leaving Md. for home in Winter Haven tomorrow and can't wait to go back to Fla. I'm also sorry that I won't be seeing you go by in that tanker but agree on your wise decision to stay with Abilene. Here's wishing you much more success and prosperity in 2023 and you will enjoy retirement when it is time.

    Dropped at Lowe’s in Findlay, OH yesterday and got the Huntington, AL BH next. Show up to get the load this morning and get told the load was given to another carrier cuz somebody said we couldn’t cover it. Communication at its finest here. Waiting for them to come up with something else now.

    Love going to Costco in Sumner. In at 0430, unloaded and closing my doors at 0530. Dispatch is trying to get me a load that has time on it, if not I’m doing a reset. I don’t start recapping until midnight tomorrow night. I started my day today with 9:28 on my 70.

    Glad I did my due dillegence and planned my route at the Richmond yard. I decided to go up through Wisconsin and Minnesota then across 94 through North Dakota. Dry roads the whole way. The long term forecast said a big storm was going to come across. Wyoming? Closed the last 3 days.

    3885 miles since leaving out of the house last Wednesday.

    Just got notified to do a reset. Ok by me. I’ll head up to the TA in North Bend. I don’t want to take any chances of having my hood removed from my truck at the Loves in Tacoma.

    Ended up getting bounced to New Castle to grab a load going to Alpharetta, Ga and take it to a driver at the J in Walton, Ky then go down the road from the J to the Dollar General warehouse to grab an empty dry van and go to Indy for a gatorade load to Memphis which will probably drop on the yard cuz Im not babysitting til noon Thursday.
