Start at the front of the trailer in the light plug box .. it’s common for corrosion to get power to cross over . It can be on either end of light cord or even the cord itself .

Ok, I figured out the issue. Ill take pictures when the sun comes out. My lights.... I have three light....

    1 for the brake
    1 for turn signal
1 strobe which also doubles as a turn signal.

When I turn right turn signal on, it also activated the left strobe turn signal. So what I did was( the picture ill take will make it more clear) unplugged a wire that was coming out of the strobe on the trailer(not the flip, because the issue is coming from the trailer not the flip axle) All my lights and strobes still work, even when I turn my strobes on(as if I was hauling oversize) they still work so, I know its something to do with that particular wire. Its called a sync wire I believe.....

That sync wire is so they blink at the same time. Unplugged the should still blink just not in unison. Which is completely fine.

What happened with TA? They couldn't figure it out or you never made it in the service bay?

Wasn't wishing bad on you but was expecting a funny read of a horror story dealing with them LOL.

Sorry I forgot to take pictures also, I got excited cause my 12.7 rebuilt kit finally came in almost 5 months to the day after ordering it!!!! Ill take them monday.

No, TA couldnt figure it out either. They kept looking at the flip and I kept trying to tell them that the issue was from the trailer forward.

Yellow and green wires are your turn signals i forget which color goes to which side..brown and black are marker lights. Red is brake lights. Blue is constant power for the abs system. White is your ground...although take the time with a test light to make sure.. Depending whos worked on your trailer wiring before you, some people like to crimp in the same color wire to every circuit to fix stuff on the road and then never take the time to fix it correctly

Not sure how ur trailer is wired up. But my mechanical double drop is run to various junction/distribution blocks along the bottom of trailer... Makes it easy to work on... Then they are split to each side of trailer at the back side of trailer... You may just have a wire grounding out on some metal somewhere or a bad ground... Easy fix just gotta take time to find it and run a new wire.... Its always in the most pain in the ### place to get too

Did they charge you or try to? I had a trailer lighting issue and went to the loves in Tipton, Indiana.... It was a #### show, ill pay top dollar all day for someone that can find an electrical problem but when you start jerking me off cause you know less than you claim... Uhhh,No... I'm not paying you to waste my time... I suck at using a volt meter but when I'm more confident in my lack of skills than the loves mechanic, I'm not paying!!!

Actually they didnt do me bad at all.......it was like $100 for about 2.5 hours and not being able to find the issue. Yea im not the best at using one of those either but, I understand the premise of using one, just not sure exactly what id be looking for. :D

Trailer has never been worked on up until thursday....(no electrical issues) I bought it brand new. The dealer where I bought it from was 10 miles from the TA but couldnt get me in.... I hate having light issues so I gave the TA a shot at it. My RGN is the same way, various distribution blocks along the bottom of the trailer. They had me pull in the pit so they could get to the lines underneath also.... Its something to do with that Sync wire....cause like I said before, now that its unplugged, everything works great. But, plugged in, it makes the left strobe turn signal flash when I turn right turn signal on. If I turn left turn signal all, that works as normal.

I wonder if something shorted in the right strobe causing it to feed the left. Might be worth swapping the lights real fast and seeing if the problem reverse’s itself
