After fuelup, turbo hardly go over 15 psi, truck speedup very slowly and loose power on uphills, so i pulled out and drain fuel filter ( water separater) and just hit highway startup was same but within 30 sec turbo get enough fuel, that was just happen my water separater got gelled cause of low temperature,it happened again after fuelup and and i did the same thing and again it worked. Best way is change fuel filter.

If you are gelling up you need to treat your fuel. What are the temps and where are you fueling for this to be an issue?

Does your fuel/water separator not have the heating in it? If so it may not be working.
