Unless you can find a niche that needs the covered trailer I would say this is not an ideal setup.
Look at your trailer for the info tag. Find the GVWR of the trailer and subtract the empty weight of the trailer. This will give you the payload for the trailer.

You might be able to get some work delivering appliances or furniture but make sure you have the correct insurance. However your trailer is not dock high nor is it big enough to load it with a forklift.

Right now is not an ideal time to get into trucking. The rates are very low. The number of loads are way down also.

 

Dry van is not really a thing with the small trucks is because the trailer needs to be dock height like a standard semi-trailer. Not saying it doesn't exist period but that isn't where you'd start unless you had somebody lined up to haul for that specifically needs that. It's going to either be general flatbed freight or vehicles. Other niche markets for small trucks are hauling smaller trailers on a bigger trailer, such as RV's, enclosed cargo trailers or boats.

 

You may want to re-look at the numbers. A 2016 F350 SRW has a GVWR of 9800 lbs. Your trailer likely has a GVWR of 15,600, putting your combined DOT GCWR of 25,400... legal without CDL. *BUT* Ford stated the maximum GCWR for the SRW F350 was only 19,000 lbs in 2016.
