A lot of holes in this tale of woe...... 1) A Durango can't tow/haul 9000+ pounds. Its a bumper tow with a standard receiver if it has the tow package. I know as I own a 2021 SRT Durango... Fun story though!

Yep, it was a bumper pull. Twin axle, single tires on it. Thus the reason we told him he was nuts. He crashed in Everett Wa at 3:18pm. Feel free to be a couch warrior and find the accident online somewhere. 5S. If you don’t like the story, just drop out of the conversation and move on. It’s been quite a day that I wish wasn’t a story, but it is.

Wasn't there a case where the truck broke down, another company took the trailer and load, then got into an accident, the first carrier that hauled the load was named in the lawsuit and lost because of the chain of custody with the load.

You guys with your little single operations don't even hear the amount of litigation that happens against carriers and drivers. These ambulance chasing POS lawyer hold seminars on how to get the most money out of a trucking and their insurance when there are accidents, this is an entire segment of the legal industry.

If I was the OP, when the durago showed up, I would have told them to go away and called who ever and told them to get a truck, a real truck there or it goes back.

Would you have a pic of this Durango? Of course you would! Would have been irresistible. Why aren’t there any pics?
