Looking for Team Driver

My husband and I work together. He drives and I help from home. We are an owner operator with no lease, looking for a co-driver.
We are currently contracted through Schneider. An application needs to be put in with them.
My husband has team driven previously.

Must be able to meet Schneider minimum requirements.
6 months OTR experience
Pass drug sceening (hair folical and urine)
Clean MVR

Must
Be very clean
be a hygenic person
Clean up after self

Offer is
1099
40% weekly net
Typically over $2,000/week
Based in North Carolina
Will carry workman's compensation per NC requirements

Driver is
A man of faith.
37 yrs old - married with kids
Veteran
Work to home life balance is important
Smokes (Willing to not smoke in truck, experience in the past team driving and smoking outside truck)
Dog on the truck (35 lb micro bully)
Very clean

Goal
Out 2 to 3 weeks home 3 to 4 days
Willing to stay out up to a month with a week home.
