2009 cascadia instrument cluster wiring diagram

I have a 2009 freightliner Cascadia when I turn the ignition on instrument cluster sweep but after it sweeps Turbo gauge goes to 45 psi with engine not running and with code SPN3563 FMI 20 (data drifted high) for Intake manifold pressure. I have already changed IMP sensor thinking it was that and also delta P sensor. check wiring harness for shorts. I think the problem maybe in the cluster.
