A26 International power loss

    Truck has a code spn 1324 fmi 31 which shows various cylinder misfires. Light will go out for a little while but always comes back on. Engine runs smoothly but power is way off. I downshifting places where I never did before. Maybe derated or maybe something else, I don't know. Shop had it on the computer but didn't fix. I have to keep driving it until a spare truck becomes available. Any ideas anyone?

    This is one of those "umbrella" codes which means it covers a lot of different possible problems. If this is the only code, I would look at the egr valve for being faulty and partially stuck open.

    Actually dealing with similar issue misfire multiple cylinder spn 5357-0 it was also down on power 23psi boost max. The dealer is replacing all 3 injectors at 180000kms
