    Bobtail and their taillights were completely covered and not visible at all…west of rawlins wy..blowing and drifting snow and visibility not good.

    In their defense, a LOT of snow getting kicked up by their drives, which covers everything. It wouldn’t take very many miles to obscure their taillights, in those conditions.

    Driving the way he was at that point was stupid..he wasn’t the only one..nearly got sideswiped by a flatbed driving stupid in low visibility conditions…
