I'm sure the police investigated the police, and found the police to not be at fault. Police gave the police a commendation for such excellent police work, and the police have also promoted the police to a higher level of policing.

Doesn't matter what she does. I used to live in Houston and this was an issue that came up from time to time. The police have immunity if they damage your property in the course of their duties. It really sucks but there it is.

No they can't. The woman won't be able to sue the officer because he was performing his duties. What you posted pertains to officers who are engaged in some sort of misconduct. Also, it only pertains to the officer, not his department, nor the city. This guy just had an accident. The city can and will claim sovereign immunity.

Again, this is not new. It's all happened before.

So driving wrecklessly in a parking garage is normal course of duty??..i think not.. they are still obligated to drive responsibly where that vehicle was driven in that parking garage Is there anything but..

    She. Female officer was driving.

Unless the "guy" was named "Crystal Ramos."

Makes a bit more sense now, eh?

Au contraire. It could not be considered "wreckless," as she wrecked during the maneuver.

    Reckless, perhaps, but not wreckless.
