Part time? (Hesperia, CA)

After 10 Years at a bigger trucking company where I see that little by little nothing at them matches the fine english manners any more I am looking for a trucking company with maximum 40h a week concentrated on 3 days local. Until now I worked for 2 bigger trucking companies where the truth and payment tolerances was a little bit big. This is only 2 trucking companies but it is 100% for me. Does any one has an idea about any hirering company hesperia California up to 40 miles a way where half week driving is possible and where I can expect a little bit fairness?

Driving down the hill to one to work would be OK. But there I get after 10Y local 25$/h. My workmates gets more. I don*t like this idea. I think I drive for them an other 6 month and then I look around for only staturday omd sunday or some thing like this. I have the TWIC card. I am not in a rush with this. I only want not to have the same crap in green again.
