Cat3406e runs fine empty but when loaded miss fire

So the company I work for just rebuilt a truck it’s got stage 1 injectors,cam,turbo and a fass fuel system. All new fuel lines. On a hard pull loaded it runs good for a couple seconds until it builds boost which wraps the 45lb boost gauge then starts shuttering and sounds like it’s running dry then if I get out of it and back in to it it still does it. The tune in it is the 550 hot tune. Any help would be apreciated.

 

I forgot to add its non wastegated I let off to shift getting on 80 in pa loaded on Friday and it sneezed and blew a intercooler boot lucky I was only couple miles from a shop and got one but yeah none waste gated

 

Okay yeah it’s still got the filter on the primer and now the two on the 165 fass think it’s that I’ll check in morning u would not think it be starving with that after market lift pump but who knows they thought maybe a boost sensor
