My dad has been driving for 25 plus years. He has only driven for himself and he does all of his dispatching. He would like to transition to having only drivers so he can retire! The help we need is how do we do that? Is there any extra licenses we need to have? Is it as simple as hiring a driver? What would be his next step if he wanted to step away but still receive some passive income? Any advice and suggestions would be great appreciated!!
Help! Dad doesn't want to drive any more, he wants to have drivers!

www.OOIDA.com is a business website for the owner-operator and small fleet owner.

There's another website that many 0/0's prefer, but I can't remember the name of it.
