    You need a pretty clean criminal history. Generally speaking.....the gubmint doesn't like giving hazardous material access/handling to people with a track record of dangerous &/or stupid.

    Also--you need to substantiate/prove true, honest US citizenship. NOOOOOO illegal immigrants/espionage allowed...!!!

    Not really. I have a Green Card and have hazmat/tanker and TWIC.

    Part B is what will get the lower echelon -

    I thought domestic violence used to be on there, maybe it's TWIC or something else.

    Folks don't know just how 'clean' a lot of us 'dirty truckers' out here need to be in order to be eligible for the privilege of delivering their goods from the cab of a vehicle smaller than your average jail cell.

    It's probably safe to say you didn't swim some river in the middle of the night to get to US soil....& then started the req'd paperwork 3 weeks later......:dontknow:
