Now remember, it appears from what you said that he sued former employers, not employees. It is also reasonable, because it is the law, that any former employer that you contact will only give limited information like employment dates and last administrative action (like resigned, terminated, etc.) It rarily has anything to do with any kind of settlement, just the law. That is why trucking companies use the DAC to stab you because it is a way around the law. It is also common for details of settlements, particularily in government actions, to have the details sealed from the public. A lot of times deep pocket entities, like a state or local government, settle in order to stay away from an extended and expensive trial. Sooooooo, gagging a former employer means peanuts.
If he spent any amount of time as a leo, one thing he probably learned is that the best defense is a good offense. This is most likely what he is doing to you. From what you have said, you are in a far better position to sue him than vice versa.

 

i am a mechanic and from what you described there is nothing you could have done to prevented this or even caused it something that just happens from a flaw in the injector form fuel to air mixture and other stuff that affects it

 

its kinda hard to get some documentations on that sorry but i will look for some for ya and ill get back to ya tmw night

 

i looked some today but was unable to find the stuff you wanted ill keep looking i should be able to find something but might take me awhile

 

That statement alone makes you an employee...Report his sorry ### to the IRS, and be done with it.
