A billion dollars is a lot of money. However much you think it is it's a hundred times more at least.

He chose the lump-sum cash payment of $997.6 million.

He has a rotation of three guards who protect him and his home around the clock.

Even with a decent wage, he could hire three guards for 3000 years. I also stated a billion dollars and not 2 billion for a reason.

2 Million dolaz is a lot especially when a person previously had not such amount.
    Then there's 20 Million, 200 Million, 2,000 Million.
    2,000 Million is 2 Billion (2,000,000,000.00).

    I could do A LOT with a measly $1,000,000.00!! :)

That's why you sign your ticket as soon as you buy it. That way nobody but you can cash it.

That's what I do. Sign it right there where I bought the ticket.
