Kinda like the MO trout streams in the parks. A 10 in possession limit on the rainbows. Up at opening, catch up to 10, go cook for breakfast, leftover ones in cooler. Return to stream and fish up to 10 again. Go eat for lunch, sorta keep a rolling balance in the cooler. Reverse amortize..spread a little over a long time.
