Drilled holes on the bumper (when recvd) and those on the in hand mounting brackets probably won't match. A definite possibility.
Would hope for brackets, as they be easier and quicker to return for exchange. Convoluted shape of bumper be hard to rewrap/package.

 

No more "top end" work. Just voltage test the "right-side". Instrument intensive and labor to interpret reading will increase cost to owner tho.

 

What?? Plenty of room for the good parts on the frame of the hand truck tween cooler and the ball hitch.
