Depending on what he buys, wife and I have been in a 30' 5th wheel for close to 20 years,we haven't had much luck find anything stick built in in our range. Before that was because of me chasing construction jobs

I chased the pipelines in 38ft trailer for a number of years. It's not a 3500 Sq ft ranch house but it was home. Bets the hell out of a truck sleeper. I'm I right

 

Leaning toward a 25ft or more bumper pull.

Primary user would be the SIL who I get along with. She wants to fly out for the summer which she says is better than at her place in NC.

My big advantage is she is retired military (low housing standards) and a foodie.

She is actually looking forward to canning/preserving the stuff out of the green house when that gets built.

 

IDK, I slept in a sleeper for a while, and I kinda liked it. Going home was difficult, so I just pretended that I was in the sleeper.
