Do you keep track of your old blade outfit?
I think they're running around lost some days. They're running them back the opposite way you brought em.

 

I’ve seen STX moving smaller blades across TN that look very used or like they have been sitting in a field for 10 years. Very strange. I’ve seen them moving both directions on 40 also.

 

no - I in pretty much am ignoring wind at the moment. Plus I got stiffed for $15k in unpaid detention….

Easy peasy, one of the last few loads on this trailer. I don't hate it, but I won't miss it.

 

Moving up to a bigger wagon?

 

Yeah, hit the top of the list last year, since then they've brought in new trailers been refurbing other trailers, and trying to get fresh shiny trailers to everyone in the multi fleet. Went back and forth when they would put me on one. Long story short a month or two ago we had several positions open up at once. And right now one guy is going 13, and I'm taking his 10 setup.

Less they decide to pull it for refurb. In which case there's a few others mentioned. All three mentioned are aspens. But here in a few more weeks he's gonna take me out with the 10, make shure I know how to run it and cut me loose. Which, handily enough I've already helped out enough of our guys that I know how to operate the aspens. And since I'm directly getting it from the driver , he's already figured out the shim it needs for what, which is a lot nicer than trial and erroring it myself. Which I may change it up some, but being in the ballpark first time is always better.

Admittedly this is the reason I came over here in the first place. Always wanted to see if I could do it....... Well,,,, we about to find out.
