Can do in the husk or out. Your choice.
For in the husk, pull as much tassels as you can without pulling the husk back. Pull the flaps off the husks, soak in cool water for 15 or more minutes. Drain tassel end down for a few minutes. Put on a fairly hot grill, about 10
To 12 minutes a quarter. The husk will get brown.
Pull the husk, the silk should come with it, if not all, a quick rub and it will be off. Then butter, salt, pepper. Eat. -
