That's what I figured too, but looking at it they look like aftermarket wheels/tires. So I'm guessing just a dumba## kid

Just dropped the truck off at the International dealer in Omaha. Water pump is leaking, but my main concern is yesterday I got a check engine light saying my Actuator on my VGT turbo is acting up. I managed to make it up to Omaha from Georgia, even after it derated the torque by 25%. The trucking Gods were looking out for me though, because the load I picked up in SC was one pallet weighing 200lbs. So the loss of power didn’t really affect me.

They probably won’t even get it in until mid morning tomorrow to diagnose it, fingers crossed it’s just the actuator, and the turbo is good, because on these X15s a turbo runs about $9300. I guess we’ll see what tomorrow brings.

The actuator on the Pete paccar engine went out last month so it's likely that it even blew a fuse since they are electronically Controlled. I think these new turbos last alot longer

I was gonna make a joke but since RM’s International has a Cummins and not a CrapForce motor, it doesn’t apply here.

Jason, hopefully it’s just the actuator. If it’s the whole turbo at $9300, take BigR’s advice, hit the bar. Sending positive vibes your way brother.

If it was making regular turbo noises it's probably okay limp mode reduces power, but you should still have some boost pressure. Strangely enough I also needed a water pump as well. I believe paccar and Cummins use a similar turbo.
