It works out to be 1 day home for each week out. Which by the way is pretty much a standard for the OTR industry.

and, to add my two cents, I never had a problem getting home when I drove for them. As soon as I hit the road after home time, I'd message my DM and let her know when I next wanted to be home. Sure, It'd not be exact... I'd ask for a Thursday and maybe get home Friday, but I don't think it was ever more than a day off.

All in all, May is a straight forward and honest company

    YMMV, but that's my experience

Wow, I guess it has to do with the DM you have. I request it the day I go out and mine is usually a few days to a week off. Mine hasn't been exact since I started. I've missed some pretty important events due to May's not caring. Good luck to you on that.

It has every thing to do with your DM and if they "care" at all
if your taken care of. I've always gotten home on time and the amount of time i've requested. Whenever my hometime comes around
and my DM is off, i;ve had to "remind" them of my hometime.
