Your misreading and misunderstanding my statement. Read it, then read it again until you understand my words and stop trying to split hairs on the words people use. By the way I haven’t called you any names but if you persist at not understanding that we don’t all practice perfect legal terminology I may have to start.
Your also missing a lot in your interpretation and not understanding just how much can fall into a grey area. Once a president is established at a work place even in an at will environment stepping outside of that president could be termed as wrongfull termination in a normal person’s words but an attorney would most likely call it something else. The issue is You and I as well most of the folks on here are not attorneys so our words are more simplified by stating it’s wrong what they did and therefore we call it wrongfull termination.
By the way I read it and found the gray area already.
I will let it up to you to find it since you want to be the smartest one in the room.
Unlike you I don’t have that need and this guy got what he wanted, a clean work history and a couple bucks in his pocket. You figure out who was right as they say proof is in the pudding!
Covenant claims load abandonment, anything I can do?

Precedent is a different word than president but I knew what you meant and am enjoying the argument here with my popcorn, so carry on!
