What's the 411?? on Arnold

I'll be going to : ARNOLD : and looking to see if anyone can tell what will i'll be in for when i get there. i'll be going to, CAMP HILL,PA for the orientation i would like to know if they run paper log's or paperless log's? what are there truck's govern at? what's the avg: miles you can do as a solo driver? are all there truck's auto how are they with getting you home on yor home time? and what's the deal with that strenght/stress test you have to take along with your medical if you fail this strenght/stress test do they send you home. and what does it consist of?? what ever info i can get will be very help full.. thanx for any input..

thanks for the info; i guess for now something is better than nothing. i have to roll with it till something better comes threw. i blame all of this on our fallen economy. if it better.. like it was in the 90"s when you could have your pick of company"s and they would beg you to work for them and if it wasnt what they said it was going to be then you quit!! and go to the next company but those days are long gone!!!!
