Don't understand packed major truck stops

Head inside and order you a treat from their kiosk. They have great wings

 

A lot of mom and pops can't afford security. No cameras or on site personnel. Even if you lock and secure your doors, thieves will still take a shot as they know nobody is watching.

 

Had a couple breakfast sandwiches a little while ago but wings sound great for dinner!

 

usually because they are dumb drivers.

 

I pull in a lot of the time, or park along the curb. It has nothing to do with being lazy, my tractor has been hit 4 times, I would rather them hit my trailer.

 

I may pull in to a spot for that reason also. But most of the time I pull in because everyone else is backed in, and they idle or have a APU. I don't idle much. A lot quieter that way. I say to each his own and I don't really care what you think.

 

Exactly, when I do find myself in a truckstop taking a 10 I can't even rest/relax until I know the spots next to me are also filled for their 10. Quite sad actually.

 

They do , awesome chili dogs and you can order them with mustard and onions. Good fries also.

 

I don't get those guys who just have to park there. And on the end in the aisles too. In Beaverdam Ohio, the flyingj they do it a ton. Got a hundred open spots out back. Just pull through. Nobody next to you. And they park on the curb, or aisle. Was ranting about that one day with another driver. They can't park in a parking spot no matter what.
This good ole truck stop in Beaverdam. One night I was running late. Pulled in about 3 am. Couldn't believe it. No spots..except a few 'reserved'. Drove around back. Found one! Right on the end! Definite lines defining it. Never seen that truck stop that full before.

 

There's a Sheetz at exit 1, on i76 off i71 interchange. Seville OH. Near Akron. Great place. But be careful of parking opposite the pumps. Those guys will stack up off the end of the pumps. Can make it difficult to pull out of your parking spot early AM. I usually park there when I stop at my company 'terminal'. It's just down the freeway.
