Perhaps I will give you that one. But your employer can as well. If it’s spelled out in the terms of employment they can do just about whatever they want. Short of anything illegal.

Nope, never said that. The words "service failure" have never been used in any post of mine in this thread.

They cannot dock his pay unless he agrees to it. I posted proof of that that everyone ignored. Doesn't change the facts.

What does this have to do with the US military?

And I am frustrated because people here who have NO IDEA what they are talking about and have NEVER been involved in litigation like this are claiming to know what they're talking about and they don't. I posted a link to a law library website that clearly stated exactly what I've been saying all along. Your choosing not to go read it is on you, not me. I'm not going to hold your hand. I provide links, that's all I can do.

    NorthEastTrucker Thanks this.

Now can they just make #### up to take wages? No, absolutely not. It has to be all spelled out up front. If they want to use pay docking as punishment it has to be in the employee handbook. Does the OP have an employee handbook? Well…. He has a dispatcher in another country so I highly doubt his employer has made an employee handbook.

    drivingmissdaisy Thanks this.

Really? You quoted my link in post 55.

And I hate to tell you but your link says NOTHING about fining an employee. It's cute, though. I mean it fulfilled the "link" requirement, just not the requirement to actually be on topic.

    Nice try, though.

And you have said so much crap that you are contradicting yourself in the very same post. Have a good day lady…

I have contradicted nothing. Show me where I contradicted myself. No, I just whipped you like a red headed step child in a debate so rather than admit you were wrong, you just call me a lady and leave. I have repeatedly said the same thing over and over and over. Some people are just too dense to understand the first time, apparently.

Yea, get out of here, only men are allowed in here.

They can't take wages, period. An employee handbook does NOT make the illegal stealing of ones wages legal.

Now leave, you're so far behind it's ridiculous.

Your law library link says you’re wrong

I would just stop if I were you. This isn’t going how you planned
