Do you have a Google account? If you do, you can use GoogleDrive (which comes with the Google Account, but so does Google You Tube, by the way) to store the video and put the link here for folks to download and view your video. I do that for a program I wrote and some tech docs I've archived in my GoogleDrive, for those looking to download them.

Get a copy of FastStone Image Viewer or FastStone Photo Resizer and run it through it with reduced resolution to upload it here. That's what I have to do with camera shot photos. It's freeware available here - FastStone Image Viewer, Screen Capture, Photo Resizer ...

Guys like you and I and Redbeard are from the old school, speak softly and carry a big stick era. Thing is, in America, most women age 50 and under, do not know what a Man is. They don’t know how a Man is supposed to behave, how he acts, what he wants. They raise children, boys in particular and coddle their sons while raising their daughters to be strong and independent. So, you have effeminate guys and masculine women.

I run a motor cycle club. The majority of guys that gravitate towards motorcycle clubs are ex-military and ex LEO. These guys are busted up, damaged professional killers that have been put out to pasture. They need the structure of the motorcycle club, which is based on the military to stay grounded. The major problem is, they were brought up in a single parent household, usually mom. So, you have this generation of trained killers who are controlled by their feelings. S-C-A-R-Y!!!!! One of my guys has a girlfriend who had a cousin who thought he could smack her around. My guy, Iraqi combat vet beat the brakes off of 9 male members of that family. 9 on 1, and the 9 took a brutal beat down. My guy got sentenced to 5 years probation.

When they get around old school guys, you and me, they calm down. They listen, they watch how we interact with other Men. Iron sharpens iron.

Good description of grandpawing. Grand daughter, oldest of 3 grandkids was looking at some old pictures of the family on Christmas. She came running thru the living room telling everyone "wow , paw paw had hair". What little I have I keep cut short. Gotta love it.

There’s a youngster where I currently work that’s a full blown stud— runs hard, is honest and loyal and is over the top on his skill set— but is a brutal MF’er to others that don’t match him— other day he was reaming another guy out and after he got done I walked over and put my arm around his shoulder and quietly said “If you ever do something like that again in front of me or anyone else I’m gonna bend you over my knee and spank the living #### right out of you”—- he got the message

I could use a few tidbits of wisdom here.

I work with a couple young guys who are labourers. I'm trying to train them up to be able to take the initiative and just do something without having to be told. Right now I have to take time out of my day to go tell them to do basic stuff like empty the trash or sweep the floors. I'd like to get them thinking for themselves so I don't have to constantly micromanage them.

    Any ideas?
