Could be like White used to be. All trucks shipped in good thick primer. Dealer painted it your color when you dropped the order and weighted it down with coin. So 3 WC22's on hand, any color you wanted in 3 days, on all 3....
If you were undecided, take it in prime and bring back when decided. You had a paint job credit coming.
Tom Riddell took his in primer;run till faded, then get it in and repaint.. Gray prime again... All his Whites were always gray.

 

I wonder if there is a common denominator associated with these cities? I mean like the Camp Lejeune news, the water contamination?
