M109 paladin (I believe the same as in the crash) - weight was around 60k as I recall. I have moved maybe half a dozen of these from Ft Irwin or Fort Riley. The trick on hauling them is the track gauge is soo wide that virtually all the weight sits on the outriggers - may 15% of each track actually sits on the trailer deck.
you must use full dimension hardwood outrigger boards - or they can fail and then the machine will fall down with tearful results.
