And unless the road is closed for some reason, you can usually find a parking spot. They did get rid of the Iron Skillet but didn't replace it with the same old fast food, they put another restaurant in there called the Kitchen, which also has a hot deli by the same name. Plus there is Domino's and McD's across the street.

Sitting here at the Love's in Wichita, I noticed about a half dozen empty Wylies. A couple of them left around dawn. @kylefitzy, with the changes to the Wichita terminal's parking lot, are we still doing the skid steer deal out of the Wichita yard?
Rugerfan Thanks this. -
And with all the time I spent sitting here, I got to thinking. This is the longest I have spent east of the rockies (other than hometime)...it's been 10 days since I crossed them coming east....I am going into withdrawal

i give that Love’s 6 months before it goes to ####. 21st street by the rail yard isn’t exactly the best place in town. I can see a whole lot of panhandlers migrating there. Don’t know why they didn’t build it north of the 135/235/96 interchange. Much better area

The layout was originally setup for skid steer flow. Unfortunately the side where we were keeping trailers is much softer, even after bringing in several truckloads of gravel.
the new layout has a drop pad for loaded trailers. If drivers can actually hit it, hopefully we will not sink multiple trailers every week.

Well the boat is late on my oversize container out of NJ, so we had to punt on that load. That port only loads out of gauge containers on Wednesdays.
now I’m picking up in Toledo and WV going to KS and two stops in CA. Most likely dropping the CA in KS for someone else. First time tarping a legal load in ages…looking at my notes, January was the last time I tarped a legal load. -
Sounds like ssb has a cali load headed his way

If I didn’t see 2 dozen SPDs heading west down 40 between Flagstaff and Albuquerque, I didn’t see any. Every one of them loaded.
