Welp, today marks 7 years since the missus and I stood up and said “I do”. Time flies when you’re having fun!

Wrong... You have just never had a Coonaxx Cajun whup you up a batch. We have one in the extended family.
All 43 together for T/giving dinner...Eating done, Johnny takes over the kitchen. Has his own 1/4" thick, 2 burners size aluminum vessel. Big stirring spoon.
Remains of the 14 lb ham and 12 lb turkey plus whatever he can reach...Reaches for, slices off/scoops up, keeps stirring. Adds whatever spices he brought from Plaquemine, LA. and other items you might not want to know about.
(I foolishly strolled thru once; glanced at the stack and smart azzd asked, "Where is the snake?. He steadily stirred on and replied: Its already in here, most of that is alligator..)
But by 6 PM, and with lots of rice and French bread, the clan is fed again.
