After a barrage of them earlier this year, I requested that I not see any for a while. Each one became a bigger and bigger fuster cluck. The last one I pulled, a driver took it from Dallas to the customer in CO, the customer said they couldn't unload it until the following week, so SPD sent the driver to Wichita to drop it rather than wait. And that's where I hooked to it as soon as he pulled out from under the trailer and they sent it straight back to CO because the customer magically found room to store it.

Funny how storage space magically appears once a consignee gets told what a carrier’s storage charges will be.

That's typical Koné elevators. Total miscommunication. The load coordinator on their end doesn't communicate too well with the crews that unload and do the on site install. The customer insists that we call 24 hrs ahead of delivery to verify we are on time. I can't count the number of times I call the POC listed on the b\l and on our load info and get either voice mail that nobody responds too or someone who hasn't worked for them in years and is confused as to why I am calling.

Is that when you start asking about their extended car warranty?
